You will learn how to teach in the studio oxygen style of practice, which focuses on power yoga as well as yin and restorative. Power yoga will challenge and energize you, while yin and restorative will calm and balance you. You will also learn about the rich history, philosophy, lifestyle, practices, human anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, and professional essentials to become a yoga teacher.
