Application Process

The application process begins 10-12 weeks prior to the start of the program and runs up until 2 weeks before the program starts. Application Deadlines:

  • Round 1 January 15 (notified by January 29)
  • Round 2 February 15 (notified by February 26)
  • Round 3 March 15 (notified by March 25)

The process is divided into three phases.

Phase 1: Application Submission
Interested applicants should submit their completed application forms by the first deadline. The application form includes personal and demographic information, as well as a series of questions about the applicant’s yoga experience and aspirations. Applications cost $50 which if accepted are put towards the cost of the program and if denied, are credited to your account to use at Studio Oxygen for classes, workshops, merch or future application fee.
Phase 2: Application Review
Our team will review all applications received by the deadline within the following week. We evaluate each application based on the applicant’s commitment to yoga, their vision for social impact, their potential contribution to our community, and their long-term commitment to Studio Oxygen. Phase 3: Notification of Results
Applicants will be notified of the results within 2 weeks after the deadline. Successful applicants will receive further information about the program and the next steps for making a deposit and choosing a payment option.
